HMT Delivery Service Levels
For most deliveries HMT will select FedEx or DHL depending on which courier is best for your location.
Effective 1st August 2022 there will be an additional £5.95 surcharge for all orders to be sent to a construction site or to a 3rd party address.

International Shipments
The default service used for parcel shipments will be DHL express on the fastest available delivery service. Unless requested otherwise, the shipping cost will be confirmed on the invoice after the order is dispatched.
Large orders or orders requiring special documentation may not be shipped the same day. The shipping date will be confirmed by HMT Customer service.
Order Additions
At our discretion we may add additional items to an order if it has not yet been packed and dispatched from our system. If the order has been packed/dispatched the goods will be processed on a new order and packed separately which may incur an additional delivery charge.
Multipack Policy
Items sold in multipacks (i.e. Speedlube, BioCut and Pilot Pins) must be invoiced in the HMT pack quantity. Unfortunately we cannot offer an improved rate or retrospectively credit items ordered and invoiced as individuals.
COURIER NOTES
DHL will mostly be used to deliver to remote locations of the UK and Ireland as they offer fast and reliable services to these areas

SCOTLAND REMOTE AREAS
We can usually provide next working day delivery service to the UK Mainland except where mentioned below. In some cases for small items Royal Mail may be the fastest and most economic delivery option.

HAZARDOUS GOODS
Our Speedlube and Aeropaste lubricants are classified by couriers as dangerous goods and these items cannot be shipped via Aeroplane. For this reason these items are not available for next day delivery to Ireland, Mainland Europe and some parts of Scotland.
