The HMT Hub is a new online resource for HMT dealers.
*Service Level Update- Due to high demand, from 1st August 2023 orders received by email and telephone can be processed for next day delivery up to 2pm. Orders received via the HMT Hub can be placed up to 4pm for next day delivery*
Available 24/7 it offers the ability to login and:
- Place orders
- Check pricing & live stock availability
- Track shipments
- View Invoices
- Download PODs
- Access quotes
- View promotions
- Monitor Back Orders
- Access instant acknowledgements
To access the Hub, an account will need to have been added to the system for you by the HMT customer services team. Please get in touch using the email address email@example.com to confirm that your account has been activated and is ready for use.
Once your account is in place, the portal can be accessed via the HMT main website using the link in the top right hand corner of the screen.
When using the Hub for the first time you will need to login using your email address and then clicking the 'forgot your password' button to setup your new password.
Once inside, the hub features an intuitive and easy to navigate interface with product categories listed along the top
A separate navigation menu on the left of the screen provides links to existing orders, partially despatched orders, previous purchases as well as essential account information, a quick order facility and additional resources.
The portal can be accessed at any time, meaning you can place orders or check information outside of normal business hours or when the sales team are unavailable, streamlining the ordering process and allowing you to do more, more quickly and more easily.
