Versadrive / Countersinks & Drillsinks

Versadrive Countersinks & Drillsinks are used to chamfer, deburr and finish connection holes in metal. They help create a cleaner hole edge and prepare holes for fixings where a separate countersink is required.

Countersinking is often treated as a secondary job, but it can slow work down when users need to change tools or finish holes manually. Versadrive helps bring this process into the same modular drilling system, reducing extra setup and keeping the job moving.

The range includes 90° Countersinks, 82° Countersinks and 90° DrillSinks. DrillSinks combine drilling and countersinking in one tool, helping users create and finish the hole in a single setup.

Used with the correct Versadrive adapter, these tools can be fitted to any drilling machine. They give users a practical way to improve hole finish, reduce manual deburring and complete connection holes more efficiently.
